SF Flower & Garden Show Portfolio
In 2003 we wowed audiences with our entry Serenity on a Fault Line at the San Francisco Flower and Garden Show. We wanted to create a statement that expressed the serenity and escapist elements of a garden paradise while making reference to the turbulent times we are living in. The garden is set among ancient temple ruins making a visual reference to mistakes of the past and our hopes for the future. Delightful details include a babbling broke trickling through a seismic crack, an old kiva fireplace, and a mystical doorway crowned with a dove of peace in flight. The garden was given the People's Choice Award, as voted on by all those attending the show. | |
