多效蒸發器的類型有以下五種：

(1)單效蒸發器：一般是指單一的蒸發器，它在進行溶液蒸發時所產生的二次蒸氣就不利用。

(2)雙效蒸發器：也稱之為雙效降膜蒸發器是一種新型節能真空蒸發濃縮設備，是利用蒸發原理的過程而設計，主要是利用加熱作用使溶液中一部分溶劑汽化而獲得，適用于牛奶、葡萄糖、淀粉、木糖、化工、生物工程、廢液回收等行業進行低溫連續式蒸發濃縮。

(3)三效蒸發器：采用列管式重復外加熱工作原理，物料受熱時間短、蒸發速度快，濃縮比重大，保持物料原效。適用于化工、食品、輕工等行業的液體物料的蒸發濃縮工藝過程。

(4)四效蒸發器：具有傳熱效率高，物料受熱時間短等主要特點，所以適用于熱敏性、粘滯性、發泡性等物料，適用于牛奶、葡萄糖、淀粉、木糖、化工、生物工程、廢液回收等行業進行低溫連續式蒸發濃縮。

(5)五效蒸發器：適用于牛奶、葡萄糖、VC、木糖、化工、生物工程等行業進行蒸發濃縮。設備整個加熱系統由于蒸汽加熱均勻、料液為液膜式流動蒸發，所以具有傳熱效率高加熱時間短等主要特點。

There are five types of multi-effect evaporator:

(3) Three-effect evaporator: the tube type repeated external heating principle is adopted. The material is heated for a short time, the evaporation speed is fast, the concentration ratio is significant, and the original effect of the material is maintained. It is suitable for evaporation and concentration of liquid materials in chemical, food, light industry and other industries.

(4) four-effect evaporator: it has the main characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency and short heating time of materials, so it is suitable for heat-sensitive, viscous, foaming and other materials. It is suitable for low-temperature continuous evaporation concentration in milk, glucose, starch, xylose, chemical, biological engineering, waste liquid recovery and other industries.

(5) Five effect evaporator: suitable for evaporation and concentration of milk, glucose, VC, xylose, chemical industry, biological engineering and other industries. The whole heating system of the equipment has the main characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency and short heating time due to the uniform heating of steam and liquid flow evaporation of liquid film.
